customer service. The gentlemen on the phone that took my service call
was very friendly and made sure my information was correct and that a
technician would be out wih a few days of my call. The morning of my
service call a young man named Jason V came to fix my freezer, he was
very nice. Came in and serviced my freezer with in a short time. He went
right to work and fixed the problem with it was icing over and not
keeping the correct temperatures. My freezer has never worked better.
Thank you to Jason and all he staff at Waterloo Appliance for your fast
and great service. I highly recommend them. Rates are very clearly
visiable and there were no hidden or surprise cost. Next time I need a
repair they will be the first people I call. There is a reason they have
been in business for so long. They put customers first."
